05 / Technology

AI-powered sustainability intelligence.

We use technology and AI to reduce the manual work involved in managing sustainability information.

The result is a living sustainability knowledge base rather than a collection of disconnected spreadsheets and PDFs.

A living sustainability knowledge base

One source of record for what is true about your products and your company — versioned, cited, and current. Questionnaires, spec requests and executive reports are all views onto the same data.

01 / What the system does

Four jobs that used to be somebody’s whole week.

01

Extraction

Certificates, test reports, EPDs and supplier declarations arrive as PDFs. We pull the structured facts out of them — attribute, value, unit, scope, expiry, source document, page — so they become queryable instead of filed.

02

Reconciliation

The same product often has three different carbon numbers across a spec sheet, an EPD and a sales deck. The system surfaces those conflicts rather than letting whichever document a rep opens first become the answer.

03

Retrieval

When a questionnaire arrives, answers are drafted against your own approved language and evidence, with citations to the source document. A human reviews and sends. Drafting time drops from days to hours.

04

Monitoring

Declaration expiries, threshold step-downs, competitor declarations appearing in public program databases, and regulatory changes in the jurisdictions you sell into — checked continuously, raised as they happen.

02 / Guardrails

Automation with a name on it.

Environmental claims carry legal exposure. AI speeds up the drafting and the monitoring; it does not get to decide what you tell a customer.

  • 01Every generated answer cites the source document and page
  • 02Nothing goes to a customer without a named human reviewer
  • 03Claims are drafted only from language in your approved claim register
  • 04Your data is not used to train third-party models
